The premise
She is a vampire who toys with men, feeds on them and leaves them behind. He is an ordinary man doing a good turn for someone he has never met. Neither of them is aware that he is what she most desires — and the single temptation she means to resist.
How it is built
Five episodes is room for one situation, and the brief's engine is self-denial rather than a chase: the tension comes from what she refuses herself. Two episodes are free; the other three cost 12 tokens each, 36 in total.
Who it is for
Suits readers who prefer a fantasy premise with a refusal at its centre. Claimed by the Dragon Queen and Sworn to the Queen are other fantasy titles led by a dominant supernatural or royal figure.
Good to know
- 5 episodes, 2 free
- 36 tokens covers the three locked episodes
