What we can help with
- A series is missing from the catalogue, or has vanished from it — send the title and we will check.
- An episode count or platform name is out of date.
- A price on our pricing page does not match what you are seeing.
What we cannot help with
We are not Candy AI and have no access to accounts, subscriptions or payments. For billing, account deletion, or anything broken on the platform itself, only official support can help. We do not answer requests for copied or “leaked” episodes.
