The premise

You are new to the building, and the woman across the landing starts turning up at your door in the middle of the night, each time with something that supposedly needs repairing. She is married, but her husband's job keeps him out overnight, and the brief makes it plain that the repairs are a pretext.

How it is built

Five episodes fits a single recurring situation, the knock, the excuse and the absent husband, rather than an unfolding story. Two episodes are free, and the remaining three come to 36 tokens at 12 each.
