The premise

Once the men of the street head off for the day, the local plumber begins a second, unofficial round of calls. Each house holds a different woman with her own expectations and her own terms, and the whole neighbourhood seems to know about him without anyone saying so.

How it is built

The brief is built as a rotation rather than a single story, so on paper five episodes reads as a sequence of visits along one street, not one developing relationship. Two are free; the other three cost 12 tokens each, 36 for the set.

Who it is for

Suits readers who prefer variety from episode to episode over a single slow build, and who like the suburban open-secret framing. My First Night Shift uses a similar door-by-door structure in a hotel.
