Accident with my Stepmom

The premise

A husband cancels, so his wife takes her stepson on the work trip instead. The platform's brief puts them in hotel rooms for the duration and then brings the husband back unannounced, which is where the run turns.

How it is built

Ten episodes is double the catalogue norm and the only new series this month to go past five. That length gives the trip room to be a trip — arrival, routine, escalation — rather than a single scene stretched thin, and it leaves space for the husband's return to land as a consequence rather than a stinger.

Who it is for

Readers who find the five-episode runs too compressed. Among the stepfamily titles, Snowed-In with Stepmom and My Hot Stepmom Just Crashed Our Euro Trip share the away-from-home setup; neither runs as long.
