The premise

A married man spends the run-up to his wedding anniversary organising a surprise for his wife, and her closest friend, Katrine, is helping him. Their errands run from a florist to a paintball match, and the flirting between them gets harder to file under harmless. The brief frames the whole thing as a balancing act between affection and loyalty.

How it is built

Five episodes is room for one situation rather than an arc, and the synopsis already hands it a shape: a short string of outings, each one a chance for the line to shift. Two episodes play free; the other three cost 12 tokens each, 36 in total.

Who it is for

Readers drawn to the spouse's-best-friend premise, where the temptation already sits inside the marriage's circle. My Wife's Best Friend covers related ground.
